• Most of our learning materials are digital and delivered via email/learning portals. No physical shipping is involved.
  
  

• If physical books, certificates, or resources are provided, delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of dispatch.
  
  

• In case of damaged/incorrect physical material, students may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  
  

• No exchange or return is applicable on digital content.
